1 rep pepper
1 green pepper
1 jalepeno pepper, if desired
2 pkgs Rhodes frozen rolls
1 pkg fajita mix
1 cup shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend
1 cup shredded jalapeno/ Monterey jack cheese
1 small chopped onion
olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers and onino in olive oil 'til tender. Add fajita mix, blend well and let cool. Put rolls in large bowl, coat with pepper mixture and cheeses. Mix well. Spray tube pan with cooking spray. Add bread mixture and let rolls start to thaw and rise before baking at 350º until golden. Let cool in pan slightly before inverting. Serve with salsa.
