1 slightly beaten egg
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl combine egg, sausage, milk, crackers and sage. Shape into 1 1/4" balls and brown. Pour off grease. Combine other ingredients and pour over balls. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep hot in chaffing dish.
