6 oz bleu cheese 2 jars cheddar cheese spread 12 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp grated onion 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 cup ground pecans 1/2 cup very finely chopped parsley
Have cheeses at room temp. Mix cheeses together, add onion and worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup nuts. Shape into a ball and roll into waxed paper, chill overnight. About 1 hour before serving mix remaining nuts and parsley. Roll cheese ball in topping and serve.
