1 Edam (1 lb)
4 tbsp beer
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1/4 cup shopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Remove cheese from wax and save wax. Mix all ingredients with mixer. Return to wax. Refrigerate 1 hour. Good with crackers or vegetables.
