cream of chicken or mushroom soup
enough water to cover
sale & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chops. Roll in flour. Braise in hot grease (small amount). Place in casserole or oblong cake pan. Slice potatoes cross-wise; place on top of chops. Mix soup with enough water to cover. Sprinkle a little salt & pepper to cover potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
