6 strips of bacon
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 12 oz. cans of whole kernel corn, drained.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and set aside. Crumble when cooled. Cook chopped onion in butter and blend in flour and salt. Add sour cream gradually stirring to keep smooth. Bring to boil and add corn. Cook until heated thoroughly. Fold in half of the bacon and then pour into small greased baking dish. Garnish the top with remaining and bacon and parsley if you like it!

I sometimes add a little of the liquid from the corn based on the consistency I want.

Bake at 350 degees for 30 minutes.
