2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 16 oz carton of sour cream
1 8 oz frozen cool whip
Fresh or canned fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water for 1 minute. Combine sugar and milk in saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin and almond extract. Fold in sour cream and cool whip. Pour mixture into lightly oiled 6 1/2 c. ring mold and chill for at least 8 hours.

Unmold and serve with seasonal fruit.
