1 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Place broccoli in a 10x6x2 in. baking dish.
Combine soup and cheese and add milk, mayo and beaten egg gradually, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minute or until bubby and brown.
