1/2 cup corm flake crumbs 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/8 tsp cloves 1 can Spam 2 tbsp mustard melted butter pineapple slices (otional)
Combine crumbs, brown sugar and cloves. Cut Spam into 8 slices and coat with mustard. Dip in crumb mixture. place Spam topped with pineapple slice in a shallow pan, don't overcrowd. Brush pineapple with butter. Bake 350º for 20 minutes
