3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 grated swiss cheese
1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 ham or sausage or chicken
1/4 chopped onion
1 cup of milk
2 ggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Mix vegetable oil and hash browns in a 9 inch pie plate, press into a pie crust shape
bake shell 425º for 15 minutes or until crust begins to brown
layer cheese,meat and onion
combine milk,eggs,salt and pepper in a bowl
beat until blended
pour mixtue over layered ingretients
sprinkle with parsley
return completed pie to oven,bake for 30 min
cool 5 mintues before cutting
