1 flank steak,frozen
Adolph's meat tenderizer
A-1 sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle steak with tenderizer while still frozen. Let thaw. Two hours before cooking paint with A-1 sauce. Broil with oven temp at 350 about 45 minutes, turning frequently- about every 10 minutes. Slice about 1/2" thick slices.
