Ingredients:  
5 cups of chopped tomatoes
1 cup of onion
1 cup of sweet bell pepper
¼ cup of white vinegar
Salt to taste
Options - You may add other ingredients.
Examples: Corn, jalapeños, hot sauce, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a sauce pan. Heat mixture until green pepper color changes to a pale green and onions will be translucent. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Place salsa into pint jars. Maybe stored on shelf. (If jars do not seal properly, store salsa in refrigerator.)
