2 packages saltine crackers
1 package Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, mixed
Onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
1+ Tbsp. poultry seasoning [Bell, if available!]
Pepper to taste
2 c. warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crush and combine the crackers. Add the sugar, pepper, poultry seasoning, and the onion. Mix. Add the eggs and butter. Mix. Pour the warm milk over the top and stir. Place in the cavity of a turkey.
Microwave cooking directions.
Add 1/4 c turkey or chicken broth to the above mixture. Place in a covered casserole dish. Bake in 5 minute increments. Example: Bake 5 minutes, stir, bake 5 minutes, stir until the stuffing in done. It should remain moist.

This recipe doubles well for the stuffing lover families like mine. Cook the extra stuffing in the microwave.
