1/2 c melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 medium apples, chopped
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter and salt. Add egg. Mix well. Add apples. Stir. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to butter mixture, stirring until mixture is just moistened. Bake in a greased 9x9 inch pan for 40-45 minutes.
