3 cups shiftedflour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2tsp salt
3 egg yoks
1 cup butter
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 3/4 cups applesauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350º Grease 9 x9 x 1 3/4 pan. Mix the first 6 ingredients. Divide mixture in two parts;press one pat into bottom of greesed pan, Mix the last 3 ingrediants together and spread ontop of doug in pan . Sprinkel the rest of the dough on top of the applesauce. Bake 350º for 40 to 45 min. Top with whipped cream.
