3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp cloves 3/4 cup butter 2 mashed banannas 1 8 oz. can pinapples 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans
stir together the first 6 ingrediants, set aside.In alarge mixing bowl beat the butter 30 sec, add 3 eggs, banannas, pinapple, and vanilla. Beat on low until combined. Add flourmixture, beat on medium until combined. Fold un chopped pecans.Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325º for 70 to 75 min.
