6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into spears. Mix flower, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bag. Add potatoes and shake well to coat. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Add potatoes and bake at 375 for 1 hour or til nicely browned, turning once or twice.
