1 lb. CatFish
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tsb. Olive oil
4 Hoagie rolls
2 Meadium red or yellow peppers
4 oz. Monterey jack and jalapeno pepper cheese
1 cup Coleslaw

Directions:

Cut catfish into 3 inch pieces season with salt and pepper. Coat with dry bread crumbs and fry til done. Put into bun, top with peppers, cheese, and coleslaw.
