3 EGGS (SEPARATED) 6 TBSPS OF SUGAR 2 CUPS OF SCALDED MILK 1 TBSP FLOUR 1 1/2 CUPS OF COCONUT 1 TSP VANILLA PINCH OF SALT PINCH OF NUTMEG
Beat egg yolks and egg whites separately. Mix flour and sugar. Add to beaten egg yolks. Add salt, vanilla, and well beaten egg whites. Add coll milk, vanilla, coconut and nutmeg. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 and bake until golden brown.
