6 medium potatoes (peeled, cooked and grated)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 bunches green onions
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in their jackets until done. Cool completely and peel. Grate potatoes into large bowl and add green onion, sour cream, salt and cheese.

Pour into greased casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
