1 pound Asparagus
1/2 cup Red Pepper from the jar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
salt and ground pepper

ŠTrim off the bottom ofthe asparagus
peel stalks and cut into 1 1/2inch lengths
cut the roasted pepper in to slivers
blend the peppers,oil,parsley and season totaste with salt and pepper
Steamasparagusfor 3 to 4 minutes or until tender
toss asparagus with pepper sauce
serve with pork chops or veal chops
