Crust:
2/3 c confectioners sugar
2 c flour
1/2 lb butter

Topping:
2/3 c butter
1/2 c honey
3 T whipping cream
1/2 c brown sugar
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c pecans (whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: sift sugar & flour. Cut in butter. Pat in a prepared 9x13 baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350º Be sure not to overbake at this point as you will continue to bake with the topping.

Topping: melt butter, sugar & honey. Stir in nut & cream. Spread over crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes. Cool before cutting.

DO NOT substitute margarine for the butter, it won't taste nearly as good.
