2 c diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 T lemon juice
1/2 c thin sliced celery
1/c c seedless grapes cut in half
5 T mayonnaise
3/4 c halved mandarin orange sections
1/4 c slivered almonds
6-8 lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, onion, salt, lemon juice and celery. Toss with grapes, mayonnaise, orange sections and almonds. Reserve a few orange sectons and almonds for garnish.

Take lettuce leaf and scoop a generous amount of chicken mixture onto the leaf. Serve on salad plate.
