6-8 lg red potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1small onion
1cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of butter
salt and pepper
3 strips of bacon

ęcook potatoes until tender
roughly mash potatoes in their skin
saute garlic and finelly chopped onion
cook bacon strips until they are crispy
Mix everything together
serve hot
