3 tbls. brown sugar
1/2 c. margerine
1 c. flour

2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar,
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 tbls. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margerine and 1 c. flour and pack in 9" square pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º oven.

Mix 2 eggs beaten, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. nuts.

Pour over baked mixture and bake again for 25 minutes at 350º oven. Prick with fork. Cut in squares while still a little warm.
