1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond extract 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup finely chopped sliced almonds
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Add combined flour, baking powder, salt and nuts to creamed mixture. Mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place on cookie cheet flatten with sugared glass. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes.
