3 oz scallops
3 oz peeled, deveined shrimp
16 oz cooked angel hair pasta
4 beaten eggs
3 oz shredded lump crab meat
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp grated onion
salt
pepper
1 crushed seafood buillon
1/4 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute scallops and shrimp. Chop very small. Chop pasta small, about 1" pieces (easier done if broken before cooking). Combine warm pasta with eggs. Stir in all seafood and the rest of the ingredients. Heat olive oil. Make 3" round mounds of the pasta mix and drop in the olive oil. Cook 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn. Serve immediately with lemon butter, lemon, cocktail sauce, and/or marinara sauce.
