Ingredients:  
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1/2 lb Velveeta
1 lg carton cottage cheese
6 eggs
6 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cool spinach and drain well. Melt butter and velveeta in pan. Beat eggs with flour, add cottage cheese and spinache and stir to blend. Add salt & pepper. Bake uncovered 350 for one hour.
