Boil 8 small carrots in small amount of water.
When almost tender, drain well. Heat in skillet,
1 1/2 tbsp magarine
1/4 tsp gingier
1 tbsp honey or sugar

Add carrots and stir carefully to coat, cook over low heat, turning frequently.
