1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen Ore-Ida (or other) hash brown potatoes.
2 cups cooked cubed ham.
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese , divided.
1 onion, chopped.
2 cups (16oz.) sour cream.
1 can (10-3/4) condensed cheddar cheese soup.
1 can condensed cream of potato soup .
pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, ham, 1/2 cup cheese and onion in lg. bowl. In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper; add to potato mixture, mix well. Place in greased 3 qt. casserole, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 60 to 65 minutes until bubbly and potatoes are tender.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
