Marinade for chicken tacos:
2c orange juice
1c. olive oil
1 tsp paprika
2-4 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 small dice white onion
Serve with: lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese all chopped or diced.

Directions:

1. In a plastic zip lock, pour half marinade over chicken; add diced white onions
2. Let marinade in fridge 6-8 hours or overnight
3. Grill and season with salt/pepper to taste

Use 1/2 marinade as a vinaigrette for tacos

It great to change up tacos and add a little flavor; I use this as a backyard barbecue recipe in the summertime.
