1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
2 tsp onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups tomatoes or juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, meat, onion and salt. Form balls. Place in casserole, cover with tomato and bake 60 to 80 minutes at 350.
