1 pound butter, softened; 2 c flour; 1 c powdered sugar; 1 c cornstarch
Cream butter; add flour sugar & cornstarch. Continue to cream. Divide into 3 parts -- wrap in waxed paper -- chill 20 min. Shape into 1" balls. Place in ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork. Bake 350º for 18 to 20 min.
