1 can rotel tomatoes
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 lb. pkg. velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain fat. Add velveeta cheese and rotel tomatoes and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

You can substitute the velveeta for cream cheese for a different flavor..... sometimes I mix the two cheeses together.
