5 T Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
6 medium red skin potatoes, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl. Place potatoes in lightly greased 13x9x2" baking pan or on shallow baking sheet; toss with mustard mixture. Bake at 425° for 35-40 min or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally.
