2-4 pork chops (or 1 1/2-2 c. cubed chicken)

1/4 cup water
3 cups bread cubes
1/2 tsp sage
2 tsp chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
*add celery if using chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops and put in buttered baking dish. Mix all but soup and milk. Add soup and milk to mixture and pour over chops. Bake 350 1 hour. Double for 9x13" pan (6 chops)
