2-4 pork chops (or 1 1/2-2 c. cubed chicken)

1/4 cup water
3 cups bread cubes
1/2 tsp sage
2 tsp chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
*add celery if using chicken

Brown chops and put in buttered baking dish. Mix all but soup and milk. Add soup and milk to mixture and pour over chops. Bake 350° 1 hour. Double for 9x13" pan (6 chops)
