1 (7 3/4 oz) can salmon
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk or 11/2 cups skim milk
1 (8 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn or 1 cup cooked corn

Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid. Saute onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic in butter. Add reserved salmon liquid, potatoes, carrots, chicken stock, and dill. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add zucchini, salmon, milk, and corn. Heat through.
