Crust:

1 pkg. French Vanilla cake mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg



Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
12 oz. jar raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine dry cake mix, butter & egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Spoon 1 1/2 c. into small bowl and set aside for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of greased 9x13'' pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg; beat until smooth; set aside.
Spread jam over hot crust. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over jam. Sprinkle reserved topping mixture over cream cheese.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 min., until golden brown. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
