1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg
cinnamon, to taste

In small bowl, mix sour cream & baking soda - set aside to react.
Preheat oven to 350F and grease baking sheet.
In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cream of tarter & salt. Cut in softened butter. Stir in sour cream mix. Add egg & stir until moistened.
Roll & cut dough in triangle shapes. Place on baking sheet & bake @ 350F 12-15 min., or until lightly browned.
