1 Med. Sized Lettuce
1 Bunch Fresh Green Onions
1 C. Celery
1 Can Water Chestnuts
10 oz. Frozen English Peas
2 C. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 C. Grated Cheese

Directions:

Cut up lettuce fine and layer in casserole dish. Cut up green onions fine and pour over lettuce. Chop 1 cup celery and layer on salad. Chop 1 can
water chestnuts and layer, then pour 10 oz. frozen English peas on top. Spread 2 cups Miracle Whip and seal edges. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt on top and 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Top with Cheese. Saran Wrap on top.
Refrigerate 24 Hours.
