1 Chocolate Cake Mix - Mix according to directions. Pour into
cake pan. (Pan should be greased and floured 9x12)

Mix:
1 # Cream Cheese
!# Ricotta Cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon cream cheese mixture over cake mix. Do not touch sides of the pan with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 mins. or until done. Let cake cool.

Frosting:
1 small instant French vanilla pudding
1 cup of milk
1 8oz cool whip

Blend all ingredients and frost cake. Refrigerate.
