1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light karo syrup
1/4 c. water
1 c. raw unsalted peanuts
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, karo, and water till it spins a thread.
Add 1 c. raw unsalted peanuts.
Cook till syrup is golden brown.
Once the browning begins, this can burn real quick....Remove from heat.
Add salt, & soda. It will bubble! Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool, and crack.

I've also experimented with raw cashews, and coconut. Both very tasty. Would you believe Chip wouldn't try the coconut?
