2 lbs dried pinto beans
1 can rotel with green chilies
1 chopped onion
5-6 garlic cloves
2 tbs chile seasoning
1 salt pork trimmed of and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans in water overnight. Drain and cover with water and bring to a slow boil. Add all ingredients and simmer until tinder. 1-2 hrs.
