4cups diced apples
2 cups sugar
1/2 cups veg. oil
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix apples and sugar thoroughly.
Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together
and add to apple mixture. Bake in a greased pan for 50 to 60 minutes.
