8 peeled potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
6 cubes chicken bouillon
2 c. half & half
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, celery, bouillon, and enough water to cover in large pan. Bring to a boil & simmer until potatoes are almost tender, about 20 minutes. Add half & half, bacon, soup, and stir until creamy. Add cheese & stir until melted. Simmer on low until potatoes are done.
