1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup crisco
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp soda
1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
fruit as desired

For crust, cream the butter and crisco with the sugar. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Press into and ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. For topping, mix toghether the cream cheese and posdered sugar until smooth, add almond flavoring. Spread on cooled crust. Place any combination of fruit in circles on top of cream cheese mixture to make a pretty pattern. (put all together just before serving as this does not hold very well for more than 4 or 5 hours.)
