1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cook oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat sugar, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in bowl with wooden spoon until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in choc. chips. Drop by rounded tbsp about two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Cool 1 minute before removing from sheet.
