2 1/2 pounds unpeeled large, fresh shrimp
1 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano
Hot cooked rice or pasta

Preheat oven to 450º.

Peel and devein shrimp; place in a single layer in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan. Set aside.

Combine next 8 ingredients; pour over shrimp. Bake for 5 minutes. Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve over rice or pasta.
