peppers, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. mustard seeds
2 hot peppers
3 qt. white vinegar
1 pt. water
1/2 c. salt (I used 1/4 c.)
3 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pack pepper strips in quart jars. Boil remaining ingredients in a large saucepan for 5 minutes. Pour over peppers in jars. Put filled jars in water bath.
