1 lb. ground sausage
10 bread slices, cubes...about 6 cups
1 (8-oz) pkg. sharp cheddar, shredded - or more...
6-8 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles & is no longer pink. Drain well. Place breadcrumbs in a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese & top with sausage. Whisk together eggs & next 4 ingredients. Pour evenly over sausage. Cover & chill 8 hours.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Casserole may be baked after chilling for 1 hour. Omit standing time, and bake as directed.
